I had a great stay at this hotel close to the main road , made it super convenient to travel by car. The hotel staff was courteous and the on-site facilities were excellent, including a nice and comfortable onsen. I also loved having access to free coffee available 24/7 in the lobby.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Spent Christmas here and was surprised by the number of decorations around the hotel. Room was cozy and had a great view of the city. The onsen was very relaxing and offered both indoor and outdoor pools. It was also a good location for exploring nearby restaurants and shops.
The breakfast was a disaster. A long line and a wait of over half an hour just to get a small amount of food.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was near many restaurants and convenience stores. the free coffee in the lobby was nice especially during winter weather. the onsen hot spring spa was a great facility that helped us relax after a long day of exploring.
The breakfast on Christmas morning was the worst experience. There was an extremely long waiting time just to get food and when we finally got to the buffet table there wasn't much food left.

The location of the hotel is convenient for travelers with a rental car, as it is close to Nishi, Isahaya train station with hourly train service to Nagasaki, which takes about 30 minutes. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from, and a convenience store is across the street. the hotel is clean and well, maintained, with comfortable rooms and good water pressure in the shower. the buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and has a basic variety of Japanese and international foods.
The hotel lacks a variety of dining options on, site.
